Facade repair

We have developed an innovative method of repairing the aforementioned damage, maintaining an impressive end result while saving time and money.
We would like to present you with a description of the repair of an example of damage divided into stages with photographic documentation attached. The example damage concerns a panel with RAL 9006 microfoil moulding at a height of approximately 6 m.
1 stage:
On the sandwich panel, the paint coating is removed manually or mechanically (depending on the profiling) from the damaged area (step 1). After degreasing the damage, the profiling is restored with zinc-containing putty (step 2).
Stage 2:
After wrapping the parts to be painted, we proceed to the final stage, the final painting, in which we try to ensure that the colour shade and gloss does not deviate visibly from the original (stage 3).
Stage 3:
As most of the damage occurs outdoors, weather conditions have a major impact on the repair, such as:
- wind not exceeding 20 km/h
- moisture content not greater than 70
- temperature not less than 5 C, not more than +30 C
We take an individual approach to each piece of damage and, depending on the extent of the damage, we select an appropriate repair method together with suitable materials, The work carried out is guaranteed for a period of 5 years.
